1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai (hereafter “the Tribunal”, for short) be directed to decide the Original Application No. 428 of 2021, preferred by the petitioner, expeditiously. It is for the final hearing. Now the fresh advertisement has been issued by the MPSC.
2. We are not aware of the pendency of the mattes before the Tribunal. The petitioner may make a request before the Tribunal for expeditious disposal of the Original Application, which the Tribunal certainly will consider.
3. We request the Tribunal that if it is otherwise possible, the Tribunal may make an endavour to decide the original application filed by the petitioner expeditiously, considering the urgency involved.
4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
