the directions given in the order dated 13^th November, 2017. The applicant who is present in this Court also gives an undertaking to this Court that even on his part, he will comply with all the directions what are given in the order dated 13^th November, 2017.

In view of the same, Criminal Writ Petition No. 1131 of 2016 is disposed of as not pressed.

So also, Mr.Nikam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in Contempt Petition No. 143 of 2017, on instructions from his client who is present in Court submits that the petitioner does not wish to press the contempt petition any further in view of the undertaking given by the respondent (wife).

Hence, contempt petition is dropped.

In view of the above, D.V. Proceedings before the Cantonment Court, Pune being Criminal Misc. Application No. 584 of 2015, hearing of the same is expedited.
