2.The Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the consent
terms. The Special Civil Suit No.06 of 2006 filed in the Court of Civil
Judge, Senior Division, Baramati is disposed of in terms of the
Consent Terms. Second Appeal is disposed of accordingly. In view of
the disposal of the Second Appeal, nothing survives in the Civil
Application and the same is also disposed of.
