In this case by order dated 21.02.2023 non-bailable warrant was issued against the applicant with the direction to in-charge of the concerned Police Station to execute the warrant. The Senior Police Inspector, City Kotwali, Police Station, Amravati City has submitted his report dated 01.03.2023. In his report, he has stated that for the purpose of execution of non bailable warrant police took search of the applicant. At that time police came to know that applicant died on 17.05.2022. Senior Police Inspector has collected the copy of the death certificate and forwarded the same to this Court.
