1.When the matter is called out, it is pointed out that the
Mediation Report has been received. A perusal of the Mediation Report
dated 7th November 2023 indicates that the Mediation has failed. The
said Report is shared with the learned Counsel for the parties and after
their perusal is taken on record and marked “X” for the purposes of
identification.
2. Both the learned Counsel, therefore, submit that the matter can be proceeded with.

3.After this matter was heard for some time, upon a suggestion
from the Court whether the matter could be disposed of with directions
to the Family Court, Pune, to allow the Applicant to attend the Divorce
proceedings filed by the Respondent-husband through video
conferencing on dates when the Applicant’s physical presence is not
required, Mr.Rathod for the Applicant has taken instructions and
submits that his client, the Applicant, is agreeable to the same,
however, submitting that on dates when her physical presence is
necessary, reasonable travelling and lodging expenses of the Applicant
and her father be paid for. Learned Counsel also submits that the Court
may consider expediting the Divorce Petition filed in the Pune Court.
Mr.More, learned Counsel for the Respondent, accepts the submission.
4. Accordingly, this Application is disposed of by passing the following order :
ORDER
(i) The Family Court, Pune is directed to allow the Applicant to appear through video conferencing in the proceedings with respect to Divorce Petition being PA No.2365 of 2022 on dates when her physical presence is not required.avk 2/3

(ii) The Respondent to pay expenses of Rs.5,000/- to the Applicant prior to every date in the Divorce Petition being PA No.2365 of 2022 when the Applicant’s physical presence is required before the Family Court, Pune, in advance.(iii)The Family Court, Pune, is requested to conclude the proceedings in the Divorce Petition being PA No.2365 of 2022 preferably within a period of 18 months.(iv)The Application, accordingly, stands disposed.
