1. When the matter is called out, Mr. Sen, learned Counsel for the
Plaintiff in these Applications informs the Court that the Applications
filed before the Small Cause Court for consolidation of the Trial Court
proceedings as well as the Appeals in view of office order No. 37 of 11
dated 28th February, 2011 has just been dismissed by the learned Chief
Judge of the Small Causes Court, which dismissal, the Applicants have
instructions to challenge.
2. In this view of the matter, Mr. Sen, on instructions, seeks to withdraw these Applications. Applications are allowed to be withdrawn and are disposed of accordingly.
3. All contentions are kept open.
