1 IA No. 816 of 2023 seeks early hearing of Criminal Appeal No. 870 of 2015, in which the appellant raised the challenge to the order and judgment dated 31/07/2015 passed by the District and Sessions Judge, Pune and he came to be convicted under the provisions of Prevention of Corruption Act.
2 The appeal is filed in the year 2015 and though the applicant is on bail, the submission is it deserves the hearing down the line 7 years considering the age of the applicant.
