3. In light of that no further relief can be granted to the applicant.
4. The Court while disposing of the Interim Application No. 2966 of 2021 had observed that the applicant may seek his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
5. In view of that, no further orders can be passed in the present interim application.
6. Interim Application stands disposed of. No costs.
