Court while granting bail order has imposed condition that applicants shall report CBI, EOB, Mumbai, once in a month on every 1st Saturday between 11.00 am to 1.00 pm until further orders. Learned counsel further submitted that trial has commenced and it is difficult for the applicants to attend the Trial Court dates and Office of CBI as directed by this Court, hence, requested to relax/modify the said condition. Learned special counsel for respondent No.1 strongly objected the same.
Applicants shall report CBI, EOB, Mumbai, once in three months as per their convenience on any day between 11.00 am to 1.00 p.m.
Applications stand disposed off.
