Arbitrator appointed vide order dated 14.02.2019 for the reason stated in the Application. The reason is genunine and hence the request made is required to be granted. Mr. Narvekear, learned Advocate for Respondent – original Applicant has obtained instructions and consented for the change / substitution of the learned sole Arbitrator.

5. In view of the above, Mr. Akash Rebello (Cell No. 9930058606), learned Advocate / Counsel practicing in this Court shall stand substituted / appointed as the sole Arbitrator in place of Mr. Justice V.M. Kanade (retd) appointed vide order dated 14.02.2019.

6. Rest of the terms in the order dated 14.02.2019 shall remain as it is. This order shall be read alongwith the order dated 14.02.2019.

7. In view of the above, Interim Application is disposed.
