1] On the Sole Arbitrator being appointed by order dated 03.05.2023, he was requested to dispose off Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, proceedings within a period of two weeks from the date of passing of the order.
On 29.05.2023, time was extended by further period of six weeks.
2] Once again there is request to extend the time to decide the proceedings filed under Section 17 of the said Act, and I deem it appropriate to allow the said request.
