2.Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the
impugned Judgment and order was passed on 30/10/2021 by
learned Extra Jt. Additional Sessions Judge, Pune in Special Case
(POCSO) No.279 of 2016. The Applicant was in poor financial
condition. His parents are illiterate and he has nobody from his
family to look after his case. It took him some time to approach the
Advocate practicing in this Court. All this has caused delay in filing

3. Considering these submissions and in the interest of
justice, delay of 335 days in filing the Appeal is condoned.
4. The Appeal be processed further.
5. The Application is disposed of.
