today. We have gone through the Interim Application. Though none have appeared on behalf of the Applicant/Appellant, we are satisfied that a case is made out in the Interim Application for condoning the delay of 25 days.

In these circumstances, the above Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which read thus:-

“(a) This Hon’ble Court be pleased to condone delay of 25 days in filing present appeal.

¶24

(b) This Hon’ble Court be pleased to direct the registry of this hon’ble Court to number the Appeal and place for admission.”

It is clarified that the above Appeal shall be numbered subject to the Appellant removing any other office objections.

¶26

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

This order will be digitally signed by the Private Secretary/Personal Assistant of this Court. All concerned will act on production by fax or email of a digitally signed copy of this order.
