ORDER:

1.Both the learned Advocates submit that the mediation
proceedings before Shri S. D. Hivrekar, have been successful.
Compromise purshis between the parties has been drawn. Copy of the
compromise purshis dated 01.08.2023 is placed on record. It is
marked 'X' for identification.

2.Both the learned Advocates submit on instructions and in the
light of 'X', they would appear before the learned Family Court on a
particular date so as to enable the Court to pass an order of granting
divorce by mutual consent. The terms of compromise 'X' would be
fulfilled on or before the said date. The learned Advocate for the
husband submits that a Demand Draft of the amount mentioned in the

3. By consent of the parties, these two appeals are disposed off .

Consequentially the impugned orders would not survive and stand set
aside.

4.Both the parties would appear before the learned Family
Court at Jalna on 10th August 2023 at 11.a.m. The demand draft
would be handed over to the wife in the presence of the Court. The
learned Family Court would look into the compromise purshis 'X' and
after verifying the same, pass appropriate orders my mutual consent.
