The learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant submits that he has received instructions from the Appellant to withdraw the Appeal from Order. He has placed on record letter dated 30 August 2023 which is taken on record and marked ‘X’ for identification. The Appeal from Order No.71 of 2007 is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn. The Appeal from Order is dismissed as withdrawn.

2 In view of the withdrawal of the Appeal from Order, the Civil Application No.108 of 2007 is also disposed of accordingly.

3 The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner in Contempt Petition No.146 of 2008 submits that Petitioner has instructed him to withdraw the Contempt Petition and has placed on record letter dated 30 August 2023. The said letter is taken on record and marked ‘X’ for identification. The Contempt Petition No.146 of 2008 is dismissed as withdrawn.

The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner in Writ Petition No.1637 of 2013, on instructions of his client, seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition No.1637 of 2013 is dismissed as withdrawn.
