Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as the reasoned order is not yet passed, an opportunity for re-hearing of the writ petitions on merits is required to be given to the applicant/petitioner. For re-hearing, the order of 9.1.2023 cannot be set aside as the same is already passed and signed by this Court. Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner seeks time of two weeks to fle written submissions and prays that the reasoned order may not be signed till then.

Let the written submissions be placed on record within a period of two weeks from today.
