PER COURT:-
1. Except Applicant No.3 - Balu Nana Darade, the applicants have been been arrested and produced before the Court in view of the
order of this Court dated 09.12.2022. The applicants have no
complaint of ill-treatment at the hands of police.

2.Learned counsel for the applicants has filed the present
application for releasing the applicants on bail. The reasons assigned
for the absence was that inadvertently the matter remained to be
marked; therefore, nobody attended the case.
3.Perused the contents of the application. The applicants
were arrested and now produced before the Court. They undertake to
attend the case on each and every date henceforth and their counsel
undertakes to work out the matter on the next date.
4.In view of this fact, the applicants be released on bail on
executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) each,
on the condition that they shall attend the Court on every effective
date.
5.The order issuing non-bailable warrant against Applicant
No.3 - Balu Nana Darade is recalled.
6.Till furnishing the bail before the First Appellate Court,
the applicants be released on executing P.B. of Rs.50,000/- before this
Court.
7. The application for bail stands disposed of.
8. List the criminal revision application on 03.02.2023.
