3.In view of the same, the bank account maintained by the
applicant with Bank of Baroda, Mulund (East), Branch Mumbai bearing
Account No. 36170500000013 in respect of VVC Pharma and Specialty
Chem. Pvt. Ltd. be de-freezed.
