the election.
3. It appears that this Court has not granted stay to the said order dated 26th September 2013. It is likely that elections were held as per the said order dated 26th September 2013 and therefore, the Petitioners are not prosecuting this Writ Petition.
4. The Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
