Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Petitioner was working as an Assistant Teacher in respondent no.3 school. She superannuated on 31.05.2021. While in service, her caste claim was invalidated. Petitioner’s grievance is that she has not been paid the post retiral benefits. Therefore, appropriate directions are sought.

It appears that respondent nos.2 and 3 have not yet forwarded requisite proposal to the respondent no.1 for granting and are releasing post retiral benefits to the petitioner. In any case, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.1 and 2 assures that petitioner’s proposal would be forwarded to the respondent no.1, within two weeks from today, subject to petitioner submitting the requisite documents required by the respondent nos.1 and 2 for forwarding her proposal to the respondent no.1. In the event, the proposal is received by the office of the respondent no.1, endeavour shall be made to take

decision and pass appropriate order in respect of post retiral benefits to the petitioner, preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of the proposal.

With these directions, petition stands disposed of.
