Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

This Court, vide order dated 08.04.2022 passed in Writ Petition No.6963/2019, directed the Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Wardha to consider the proposal submitted by the Management seeking approval to the promotion of the petitioner on the post of Head Master (Head Mistress) and the same be done within a period of four weeks, in accordance with law. The Education Officer granted approval to the appointment of the petitioner w.e.f. 07.04.2022. Petitioner’s contention is that Education Officer ought to have granted approval from 01.09.2019. If that be so, petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order dated 03.06.2022.

In that view of the matter, in our view, Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Wardha has not breached the

order dated 08.04.2022 passed in Writ Petition No.6963/2019. If the petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 03.06.2022, he is at liberty to challenge the same.

The petition is disposed of, with liberty, as prayed for.
