Mr. More, learned Additional Government Pleader tenders a copy of the letter dated 28^th November, 2022, sent by the Desk OfÏcer of the Maharashtra State and states that the Joint Registrar Co-operative Societies, Mumbai, would hear the representation in respect of the proceedings arising from the Co-operative Industrial Estate. Statement is accepted. Letter dated 28^th November, 2022 is taken on record.

The learned counsel for the Petitioners and Respondent No. 1 have jointly agreed that their respective clients would appear before the Authority on 9^th December, 2022 at 11 a.m..

Mr. More, learned Addl. Govt. Pleader states that he will inform the authority to hear the parties and shall pass order in accordance with law, within eight weeks from the date of granting personal hearing to both the parties and the order that will be passed by the authorities shall be communicated

to both the parties within two weeks from the date of passing the order. Statement is accepted.

If the order is adverse against any of the party, such order shall not be implemented for a period of two weeks from the date of its communication. It is made clear that this court has not expressed any view on the proceedings before the authority. All contentions of both the parties are kept open.

5. Writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

The interim relief granted by this court in the interim application shall continue till the proceedings are disposed of by the authority and the interim relief granted shall be operative for a period of two weeks from the date of communication of the order, that would be passed by the authority, to the parties. The interim application is also disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
