Shri A.S. Jaiswal, learned Senior Advocate for respondent
Nos.1 and 2.

3.Shri A.M. Kukday, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1
and 2, has tendered a copy of the communication dated 20-9-2022
sent by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Gadchiroli, to the
Registrar (Administration), High Court of Bombay, Nagpur Bench,
Nagpur.

4.The communication is taken on record and marked ‘A’ for
identification. The said communication shows that the benefits of One
Stage Promotion Scheme as per the Government Resolution
dated 6-8-2022 are being extended to each and every employee of
Gadchiroli Judicial District.

5.Thus, the grievance made in the petition to grant the same
benefits, which were made available as a part of the Special Action
Programme under the Government Resolution dated 6-8-2022, is
satisfied. That means, the grievance of the petitioner has now been
resolved and nothing remains in the petition.

6. The petition is, therefore, disposed of as having worked itself
