3.The respondent No.1- Committee is directed to decide the

tribe claim of the original petitioner in accordance with law, at the
earliest and in any case within a period of four months from the date

of appearance of the legal heirs of the original petitioner before the
respondent No.1-Committee.

4.The legal heirs of the original petitioner shall appear before
the respondent No.1- Committee on 26-9-2022.

¶36

5. Rule is made absolute in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
