consent of Sunita, Death certificate of Dinesh
Tyagi and Rani Tyagi.
2. There are corrections in a draft which are suggested to be carried out. Furthermore, after issuance of grant Dinesh Tyagi died. Therefore, petitioner to file consent of Dinesh Tyagi’ s legal heir and file additional affidavit in respect of the legal heirs of the Dinesh Tyagi. Hence, adjourned.
