On 20^th February, 2024, this Court had issued notice to respondent No.1, returnable on 13^th March, 2024. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent No.1 was not issuing entitlement letter and e-verification, as a consequence of which, respondent No.2 was unable to process the request of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent No.1 was duly served with the copy of the said order and

that an affidavit of service is ready, the same be placed on record within one week from today. The service report shows that the notice was duly delivered on respondent No.1, on 26^th February, 2024.

Yet, there is no appearance on behalf of respondent No.1.

In view of the above, the concerned Officer of respondent No.1 i.e. Mr. Hitesh L. Marthak, shall remain present in this Court, on the next date of listing. The details of the concerned Officer are as follows :
