2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits, on
instructions, that Samaj Mandir is thrown open for the use by the
members of public in general and that even the idols installed in
Samaj Mandir have been shifted outside, presently to the office of
Gram Panchayat. Thus, she further submits, the issues raised by the
petitioners have been resolved for the present.
3.In view of above, the petition is disposed of as having served
it’s purpose. No costs.
