out various developmental works creating better facilities in the School for the benefit of the student-community at large and expressed its satisfaction over such efforts taken by Zilla Parishad. This Court, however, kept the petition pending for the purpose of monitoring and considering the report of the Zilla Parishad as to the utilization of the amount of 1.5 crores in the light of the affidavit₹ filed. This Court had also expressed its hope that the petitioners who have committed to contribute some funds for the benefit of the school, would keep their words.
