- Shri Kulkarni, the learned counsel for the petitioners, states
that while admitting the petition and confirming the interim relief in favour of the petitioners, they were directed to deposit the rent till date within two weeks. He states that they have been depositing the rent every month as per the direction of this Court. He seeks permission to deposit the rent for the year 2020-2021 by way of a lump-sum, in this Court.
