1.We have heard the learned Advocates for the
respective sides. The learned Advocate representing
the CEO, Zilla Parishad, Latur submits that within
three months, sanction granted by the government
vide communication dated 03-06-2022, would be
implemented and these petitioners would be
benefited. He contends that their grievance,
therefore, would stand redressed.

2.The learned Advocate for the petitioners
submits that the statement may be recorded and if
the benefits are not extended by the Zilla Parishad,
Latur within three months, it may be treated as
aggravated contempt.
3.The learned Advocate representing the CEO,
Zilla Parishad, Latur submits that these
petitioners, who are retired employees and are
senior citizen, have to co-operate with the Zilla
Parishad, Latur for completing the procedural
formalities which includes presentation of their
service books etc. The learned Advocate expects
fullest co-operation.
4.In view of above, this petition is disposed
off by recording the statement of the learned
Advocate for the CEO, Zilla Parishad that benefits

in view of the communication dated 03-06-2022, would
be extended to the petitioners on or before 15-10-
2022, and these petitioners would co-operate in
completing the procedural formalities.
5.The pending civil applications, if any,
would not survive and stand disposed off.
