1. There is a delay of 25 days in filing Review Application.
Learned counsel appearing for respondents vehemently
opposes this relief on the ground that delay is not explained.
We have perused the Civil application. In our view, delay is
sufficiently explained in paragraph No.2 of the Civil
Application. Civil Application is accordingly made absolute in
terms of prayer clause "B". No order as to costs.
2. Applicant is directed to remove all other office objections
within three (3) weeks from today. The respondents would be

at liberty to file a reply to the review application within four
(4) weeks from today. A copy of the reply shall be served upon
the applicant simultaneously. Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed
within two (2) weeks thereafter.
3. Place the Review Application on board on 30.06.2022.
