1. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.
2.Perused the report submitted by the learned District
Judge-2 and Additional Sessions Judge, Nanded about the
progress of the trial. It seems that every endeavour has been
made to expedite the trial, but the accused were filing
applications one after another.
3.After having gone through the report of the learned
District Judge-2 and Additional Sessions Judge, Nanded, the
Court expressed disinclination to grant bail. The learned
counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to
withdraw the bail application.
