The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that to that effect the Petitioner has made representation dated 11th October, 2018 to the Respondent and same is pending for its decision. She further submits that the Respondent may be directed to decide the Petitioner’s representation dated 11th October, 2018 as early as possible on its own merits.
