. We have heard Mr. Kale, the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel submits that, the dispute is about measurement and apportionment of the amount. Against the measurement the petitioner has filed appeal before the D. I. L. R. The appeal is dismissed. The petitioner has preferred further appeal and the decision is awaited. The Special Land Acquisition Officer has stayed the disbursement of the amount, but has not passed final order.
