submits that the proposal seeking approval to the
appointment of the petitioner on compassionate
ground is pending with the Education Officer.
2.The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for
respondent nos.1 and 2.
3.In case, proposal seeking approval to the
appointment of the petitioner (Page No.25) is
pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2
shall decide the same on its own merits, in
accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and
preferably within a period of six (06) months.
4.Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
