promotion. The same is pending with respondent No.3. Learned AGP
accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Mr. Sonawane the learned
counsel accepts notice for respondent Nos.3 and 4 and submits that
respondent no.3 would decide the representation of the petitioner on
its own merits within four weeks.
2.In view of the said statement, writ petition is disposed of.
