5.In the Writ Petition the impugned order is dated 27th August, 2018 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Greater Bombay in Miscellaneous Appeal No. 155 of 2017. By the said order said Miscellaneous Appeal was dismissed. In said Miscellaneous Appeal No. 155 of 2017 order of eviction dated 10th November, 2017 passed by the Estate Officer under sub-section 1 of Section 5 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1971 was challenged. There is no stay order granted in this petition. Thus, it is clear that the eviction order passed under the provisions of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1971 is confirmed by the learned Principal Judge, Greater Bombay on 27th August, 2018. The said shop No.5 is already sealed by the Central Public Works Department, Government of India on 14th February, 2019.
