years and 99 days in filing the Appeal.2. Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant and the learned APP
for the State. I have perused the records. The Applicant herein
has been convicted for the offences under Section 366, 376(2)(1)
(n) and 376(D) of the Indian Penal Code. The maximum
sentence imposed is of 20 years. The Applicant has stated that he
is a native of Uttar Pradesh and hence he was unable to file the
appeal.

3. It is seen that the appeals filed by the co-accused are already
admitted. Considering the said fact, as also the reasons stated in
the Application, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned.
