appellant submits that he wants to withdraw this appeal.
4]Allow to withdraw this First Appeal and same
stand disposed of as withdrawn.
5]The amount deposited by the appellant is
permitted to be withdrawn by the respondents – claimants
along with accrued interest.
6]The disbursement of the amount shall be as per
the apportionment made by the Tribunal.
