.This is an application for condonation of delay of 321
days. Infact, there are no plausible grounds stated for condonation
of delay. The State had filed S.L.P. as against the order passed in
Writ Petition. The S.L.P. is also dismissed.
2.The present applicant had furnished chart of deemed
trained teachers and requested the State Government to make
available funds. Instead of that the State Government directed the
applicant to file review petition. As no plausible grounds are

stated for condoning delay, the application for delay condonation
is rejected.
3.In view of the rejection of delay condonation
application, review application stands disposed of.
