These are two Civil Applications filed for bringing the legal representatives of the deceased Kakasaheb Piraji Thombare, on record.

In the light of the pleadings set out and as these legal representatives are necessary, both the Civil Applications are allowed. The legal representatives of deceased Kakasaheb shall be brought on record within two weeks from today. Consequently, the order of abatement in First Appeal No. 3569 of 2019 in relation to deceased Kakasaheb, shall stand recalled.
