disinclination to grant relief in this Application, learned Counsel
for the Applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this
Application.

3.Learned Counsel for the Applicant prays that trial be
expedited considering the situation which compelled the Applicant
to take this extreme step. The allegations in the prosecution case
are that the deceased was continuously causing harassment to the

mother of the Applicant. The deceased was the Applicant’s own
father. Considering these close relations and the reason for murder,
the trial can be expedited.
