1.At the outset learned APP submits that the applicant
has filed another bail application before the Sessions Court,
Kolhapur at Ichalkaranji and it is pending. Next date is on
14/06/2021.
2.Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that said
application was filed by some other advocate and learned Counsel
appearing for the applicant is not aware of the same. He

submitted that now the charge-sheet is filed and in the changed
circumstances he can pursue his remedy before Sessions Court.
He seeks withdrawal of this application.
3.Considering the situation, the application is allowed to
be withdrawn. It is made clear that the applicant can pursue his
remedy for bail in the changed circumstances of filing of the
charge-sheet. Said application shall be decided on it is own merit
and in accordance with law.
4.The application is disposed of.
