1.The applicant had earlier approached this Court
for his release on bail vide Criminal Bail Application
No.741/2019, which was rejected by order dated 24.9.2019.
Again considering the victim’s statement I showed my
disinclination to grant relief in this application as well.
2.When I expressed my disinclination to grant relief
in this application; learned counsel for the applicant prays for
unconditional withdrawal of this Application.

3.Learned counsel for the applicant stated that the
parties are related and now they have arrived at compromise.
It would not be proper to observe anything in respect of those
subsequent developments of compromise. However,
considering the fact that the parties are closely related, it
would be in the interest of justice if the trial is conducted
expeditiously. Hence, the following order:
:: O R D E R ::
(i) The application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of as such.(ii) The trial Court is directed to conduct the trial
expeditiously.
