1.These two applications are filed on behalf of the
appellants Waghya @ Manoj Bhaiyalal Uke and Sandip
Bhaiyalal Uke under Section 389 of the Code of Criminal
Procedure for suspension of substantive jail sentence and
for grant of bail.

2.Shri A. S. Band and Shri Ashwin Wasnik, the
learned counsel for the appellants/applicants submitted
that the paper book is ready. In that view of the matter,
they are not pressing these applications and pray for
hearing of the appeal finally.
