the applicant.
2.She submits that in spite of the detailed
investigation, no charge-sheet is filed against the present
applicants and the charge-sheet is filed only against one
Vaibhav.
3.In that view of the matter, she submits that she has
instructions from the applicants to withdraw this Criminal
Application.
Her statement is accepted.
4.The Criminal Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
