disinclination to grant bail to the appellants on merits as also since there is
no material change in circumstance since rejection of their earlier appeals
for bail, except passage of time, the learned Advocates for the appellants,
seek leave to withdraw the appeals with a prayer that the trial may be
expedited.
2.Both the Criminal Appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. The
trial is expedited.
