The petitioner is disqualified by the respondent
no.2-Daga Memorial Government Hospital from the post of
Security Guard.

The petitioner has an alternate remedy of
approaching the Labour Court or Industrial Court in
accordance with law.

We therefore do not think it proper to entertain
this writ petition due to existence of an alternate
efficacious remedy. The writ petition is dismissed with
liberty to the petitioner to approach before the appropriate
forum. All questions are left open. No orders as to costs.
