In view of the subsequent event, the learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the notification dated 28^th August, 2019, issued after amendment to the provisions of Section 10-A of the R ight to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

We, therefore, permit the petitioners to withdraw
the petition. All the challenges are kept open.
