By the present application, applicant/wife seek transfer of the Divorce Petition numbered as 10 of 2019 pending before the Family Court No.3, Pune, instituted by the respondent/husband to the Court of Additional District Judge, Barshi.

The claim as set out in the application is to the effect that she is residing at village Aran, Taluka Mahada, District Solapur, which is at the distance of 200 k.m. from Pune and she cannot afford such a travel on account of fnancial constraint.

On such a fnancial diffculty being set forth as a ground in the application, the application deserve to be rejected with a direction to the respondent/husband to arrange for her travelling

expenses from Solapur i.e. her place of residence to Pune for attending the proceedings of Divorce Petition No.10 of 2019, pending before the Family Court No.3, Pune.

The amount of the travelling expenses for attending the proceedings on the date of hearing would be paid by the respondent/husband on the next date of hearing when she attends the proceedings.

The Miscellaneous Civil Application stands dismissed.
